Public Comment Rules and Procedure:

Public comment is welcome at every HRMPO Technical Advisory Committee and Policy Board meeting. Comment is limited to three minutes per speaker and is taken at the start of the meeting. Please state your name for the record and direct your comments to the Committee or Board Chair. Discussion or debate with other members of the public is not permitted, and Board and committee members will not respond to comments during the meeting, however, all comments are recorded as part of the official record. If you require a translation, interpreter, or other accommodation to participate, please contact us at least 3 business days before the meeting at (540) 885-5174.
