The Commonwealth Transportation Board and the Virginia Department of Transportation will be holding a series of Transportation Meetings on Tuesday, October 10th at the:
Blue Ridge Community College,
Plecker Center for Continuing Education,
One College Lane

The meetings will consist of an online Smart Portal training session, followed by an Open House meeting where attendees can review and provide feedback on the list of proposed local and regional projects that have been submitted for consideration for scoring through round two of the SMART SCALE (formerly known as HB2) project prioritization process. Lastly, a town hall style meeting will follow the open house to provide the public, and transportation stakeholders the opportunity disucss and ask questions about the projects. There will be no formal public comment period at the meeting.

b. Open house begins at 4 p.m. followed by a Town Hall format
