Screening of “The Street Project” on June 20th at the Wayne Theatre

There is a free community screening of the documentary film “The Street Project” on June 20th at 6:00 p.m. at the Waynesboro Theatre. This film explores the rise in pedestrian and cyclist fatalities on U.S. roads, the historical factors that have contributed to this crisis, and innovative strategies to make our streets safer for all users.

The screening will be held on Thursday, June 20th at 7 PM at the Wayne Theatre, located at 521 West Main Street in Waynesboro. Doors open at 6 PM. The event will feature the 52-minute film followed by a Q&A and community discussion.

This screening is made possible thanks to the sponsorship of Augusta Health, the Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission, the Central Shenandoah Valley Office on Youth, the Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge, the Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition, and Waynesboro Parks and Recreation.
