The purpose of this project is to develop coordinated signal timing plans for the nine traffic signals between Tiffany Drive and Ladd Road and provide recommendations to improve operating and safety conditions along Rosser Avenue.

The Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center (WWRC) Small Area Study is complete. The study focuses on reducing congestion and delays occuring on US 250 at the entrance to the WWRC and identifying potential alignments for a second access location to the WWRC Complex in Fishersville.
